Meet the Confluence Teams

Confluence is led by two teams of leaders: the Leadership Team, and the Anchor team.

The Leadership Team is responsible for planning our gatherings and regular operations.

The Anchor Team is responsible for our governance, accountability, and long-term vision. Members of the Leadership Team are also part of the Anchor Team.

    Court VonLindern (he/they)

    INTERIM- LEADERSHIP TEAM

    Court is a spiritual director, facilitator, and theologian. They provide spiritual care, support, and accompaniment to people seeking to cultivate an authentic relationship with god, Spirit, or whatever it is they call the Divine. He is the founder of Camp Counselor Court, LLC. Court has been deeply shaped by the shores and waters of Flathead Lake, as well as Rattlesnake Creek and the Clark Fork river.

    Court is serving in an interim leadership position with Confluence from May-Sepetember 2026.

    Colter Murphy (he/him)

    LEADERSHIP TEAM

    Colter is a poet who loves to garden and spend time on the water. He names the Pursat River in Cambodia, the Sacramento River in California, and the North Fork of the Flathead in Montana his home waters. He lives with his wife, Stephanie, and their cat, Josh.

    ANCHOR TEAM

    Carlee is a marketing professional who finds joy in movement, the outdoors, community, good books, and collecting seashells. She has been shaped by the Pacific Ocean, Zahuapan River in Tlaxcala, Mexico, and Flathead Lake.

    Rachel Robinson (she/her)

    ANCHOR TEAM

    With roots in East Africa, Rachel has a deep love of beauty, the good green earth we inhabit and the creative process. She lives by the belief that we need each other. With a background in art education, and art-based community development, she spent the past fourteen years living and working in Uganda, facilitating the learning and formation of university students as they engaged new cultures, ways of thinking and being. She moved to Missoula in 2024 to be close to family and currently works for a local nonprofit as a program coordinator, facilitating place-based artists residencies in Western Montana. The sparkling, warm waters of the Indian Ocean have always been and will always be home to Rachel.
